Brad Photography and Video (“us,” “we,”, “our” or “Company”) is committed to protection the privacy rights of its customer and users of this website (“website”). This Privacy Policy (“privacy policy”) is created to provide confidence as visitors view the website.  To demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy we provide the following:

1.1.  Personally Identifiable Information

1.1.1 We collect personally identifiable information (PII) from you only if you sign up for our newsletter or contact us. This information may include:

Message details you send with inquiries

1.1.2 Modification or Removal Process. Please contact us if you wish to modify or remove your information.

1.1.3 We may modify or update our privacy policy. If we modify or update our privacy policy, we will inform our customers and include/post on our web site for 30 days prior to the change going into effect.

1.1.4  The effective date of this new privacy policy is July 4, 2018.

1.1.5  We do not track information provided or issued by browsers or other third parties.

1.1.6. We do NOT post or share any of your information with third parties.  None of your personally identifiable information is share by other sites or third party companies. According to California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 or other relevant US and international privacy regulations, it is unlawful to share any personally identifiable information without the consent of the individual or their parents/lawful guardian.  We respect and abide with this Act and all other US and international regulations.

1.1.7 We also comply with the California Eraser Law, such that any minor information or content including pictures we used on our site shall be removed upon request. Please contact via our company e-mail link in the footer of our website. Please note the removal of this content from our website may not mean that it will be permanently removed from the Internet as search engines, archive websites and other platforms may have copied this content.

1.2  Any Additional Information We Collect

1.2.1  Automatic Collection of Data. The Internet Service Provider we use and its servers may automatically capture visitor’s domain names and related IP addresses (the identification number assigned to computers on the Internet). However, no personal information about you is captured in this process. Our website may also gather anonymous aggregate “visitor traffic data” that also does not contain personally identifiable data on our visitors.  This data is used for marketing purposes and to improving the Internet based services we offer.

1.2.2  Web Browser Based Cookies (or simply Cookies). Our website may utilize browser based “cookies” to store a small part of your data on your computer during your visit to collect information. The cookies are used to gain information on how is our site visited


3. USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

3.1.1 Personal Information: We will never share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

3.1.2 Anonymous Information:  From time to time we use anonymous information to analyze our website traffic. In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our Internet Service Provider, to administer our website, or to display the content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis. Your personal information will not be detailed in this aggregate data.

3.1.3 Use of Cookies:  We use information obtained from cookies to analyze your use of our website and to make appropriate adjustments.

3.1.4 Disclosure of Personal Information: We may be required to disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on our company. Also to protect and defend the rights or property of company or the users of its website, or any act under exigent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or users of our website

3.1.5 Sale of Information: None of the content in our website if for sale.  Use and copyright of all our images is protected by the US Copyright laws.  Any and all copy or use of any type of data, image, picture, graphic, style, nomenclature, description, annotation or related information from our site is strictly prohibited.  All our customer, upon confirmation of their payment, shall collect their images either through our secure Smugmug location or personally from our offices.  No other sale of any kind is permitted.

3.1.6 DMCA disclosure:  Our company complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).  We will comply with the safe harbor requirements of the DMCA in the case of a claim of copyright infringement. Due to this compliance requirements, we may need the disclosure of your identity if you are either the allegedly infringing party or the party filing the copyright infringement complaint.

4. SECURITY

Our website relies on the superior security measures provided by the Squarespace company.  To prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you we utilize the security measures provided by Squarespace.  However, we are unable to make assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss beyond these reasonable security measures.
